Thanks, Tom, for all your help to date. We all really appreciate your approach and what we, under your direction, have accomplished.
I am pleased to report that the Strategic Plan was approved by the Board of Directors of RFECY last night. Everyone (board and management) was very pleased with the document; they felt that it accurately reflected our discussions. Staff and board continue to speak about the process and how effective it was for us. There is a lot of enthusiasm and engagement within the staff and we are meeting next week to begin to prioritize and operationalize the work to be done.
